Terms and Conditions — 788gam Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the 788gam platform — whether through a web browser, mobile device, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and 788gam.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of 788gam after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.

These terms apply to all products and services available on 788gam, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, and all associated promotions and bonus offers.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use 788gam, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 788gam is strictly an adult platform and we do not permit underage users in any capacity.
• You must register using your own personal details. Creating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must be accessing the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 788gam or its associated partners.
• You must not already hold an existing 788gam account. Only one account per person is allowed. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

788gam reserves the right to request age verification and identity documents at any point. If verification is not completed within the requested timeframe, access to deposit, withdrawal, and betting functions may be restricted until the process is finalised.

3. Account Registration

When you register with 788gam, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, valid contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process.

The name on your 788gam account must match the name on your identity documents and on the payment methods you use for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. If any of your details change — such as your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you should update them in your account settings or contact support promptly.

You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 788gam support will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account before a breach is reported to support will be treated as authorised.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits at 788gam are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the deposit section of your account.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference.

You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are from a payment method registered in your own name. 788gam does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may result in account review.

788gam does not charge platform fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are separate and are the responsibility of the depositing player.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. All withdrawals are paid in PKR with no platform-side fees.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This involves confirming your identity via a valid CNIC (front and back), proof of address, and ownership of the payment method to which you are withdrawing. Verification is a one-time process.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one hour of approval. Bank Transfer withdrawals take one to three business days. Card refunds take three to five business days depending on your card issuer.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• The name on your withdrawal destination must match the name registered to your 788gam account.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 788gam reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

788gam offers a range of promotions including a welcome bonus, free bets, casino reload offers, accumulator boosts, bingo bonuses, and PSL season specials. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are displayed in full before you opt in.

Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds and free bet winnings. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be staked on eligible games or markets before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. The applicable rate is shown on each promotion page.

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus funds and free bets have expiry dates. Unused bonuses expire automatically after the stated period.
• Not all game types and bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are displayed in the promotion terms.
• 788gam reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus funds at the time of withdrawal will be given reasonable notice where possible.
• If 788gam reasonably determines that a player is abusing bonus offers — including through systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements — the platform reserves the right to remove bonus funds, decline future bonuses, or restrict the account.

Promotions are intended for recreational players. If a promotion is claimed in error or a technical fault results in an incorrect award, 788gam reserves the right to correct the balance.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports bets placed at 788gam are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — selection, stake amount in PKR, and odds — before submitting. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless a cash-out option is available and active for that specific market.

Bet settlements are based on the official result as declared by the relevant sports authority or event organiser. For cricket, this includes official DLS adjustments in rain-affected matches. For abandoned matches, specific rules apply per sport as outlined in the sports betting rules section.

Casino games at 788gam use certified random number generation. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in the game information panel for each title.

788gam reserves the right to void bets placed in error — including those resulting from technical errors, incorrect odds publication, or situations where the outcome was already known at the time of placement. If a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account.

8. Fair Play Policy

788gam is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that places bets or interacts with the platform without genuine human action.
• Collusion with other players to exploit markets, games, or promotional structures.
• Arbitrage betting conducted systematically at scale in a manner that exploits platform pricing errors.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or technical faults for financial gain. Any winnings accrued through such exploitation are not payable.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts, the platform's systems, or any backend infrastructure without authorisation.

788gam monitors accounts for unusual activity. Suspected breach of fair play policies will be investigated before any account action is taken. Players are welcome to appeal decisions through the support team.

9. Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your 788gam account. Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with other services. Enable any available two-factor authentication options in your account settings.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 788gam support immediately so the account can be secured. Report the incident as soon as possible — any activity that occurs before the breach is reported will be treated as authorised unless clear evidence of unauthorised access is provided.

788gam staff will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from 788gam that requests your password should be treated as suspicious and reported.

10. Privacy & Data

788gam collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data for the purposes of providing the platform's services, processing payments, complying with identity verification requirements, and communicating with you about your account and relevant promotions.

788gam will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and identity verification services is limited to what is necessary to complete those processes.

11. Responsible Gaming

788gam supports responsible gaming and encourages all players to approach the platform as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income. The following tools are available to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your account. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and require a cooling-off period before they can be raised.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from 788gam. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be closed for all gaming and betting activity.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

788gam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these terms. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration or verification information
• Holding multiple accounts
• Breach of the fair play policy
• Abuse of bonus or promotional structures
• Use of third-party payment methods
• Suspicious or irregular account activity
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any promotional balance or bonus funds in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Any deposited funds that are confirmed as legitimately the player's own money and not subject to dispute will be returned through the original payment method after investigation is complete.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Before closure is completed, any pending withdrawals will be processed.

13. Limitation of Liability

788gam operates the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or external factors may occasionally affect availability. 788gam is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime during which bets could not be placed or managed.

788gam is not responsible for losses arising from decisions made by players based on their own interpretation of odds, game outcomes, or betting strategies. All betting involves risk and past results do not indicate future outcomes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 788gam's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Changes to These Terms

788gam may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-account notification.

Continued use of the 788gam platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.

Minor clarifications or corrections that do not materially affect player rights may be made without prior notice.
